Field Marketing Manager: EMEA

Position Summary:

The Field Marketing Manager will work alongside and report to the Director of Global Field Marketing and be an integral part of the Pyramid Analytics marketing team.

In this role, you will develop and execute regional marketing events and initiatives that shape and strengthen our brand’s visibility, support sales growth, and meet business objectives. You will collaborate closely with the regional sales teams, channel partner managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand gaps/opportunities, define target audiences, explore new markets, and build a cohesive plan.

As Pyramid’s Field Marketing Manager, you are passionate about marketing and events; no task is beneath you. You are detail-oriented, creative, dedicated to delivering extraordinary experiences, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and execution of the marketing plan to align with the business strategy, regional objectives, target audience, and market dynamics for the global regions.
  • Research industry events and marketing opportunities and evaluate sponsorships based on Pyramid’s objectives and target personas.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to create, coordinate, and execute regional field marketing activities, including trade shows, conferences, workshops, seminars, executive experience events, and partner events.
  • Manage event strategy, logistics, vendor relations, budget, staffing, pre-event promotion, on-site production, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI and drive awareness and engagement.
  • Conduct event and campaign ROI analysis and reporting, and continually measure and analyze outcomes against goad attainment.
  • Continually assess the effectiveness of field marketing tactics and look for ways to improve event engagement and attendance.
  • Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Adapt and localize content for events to resonate with the various markets, considering cultural nuances and language preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product marketing, channel management, and regional sales leadership, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing programs. Collaborate with the global marketing team to share best practices and leverage global programs.

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in managing B2B regional field events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, field marketing, and event strategies and tactics
  • Ability to develop and deliver cohesive event strategies, including messaging, audience, and execution
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and in a group setting
  • Ability to collaborate and partner with all departments across the organization to achieve integrated marketing campaign goals
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different personas
  • Acute attention to detail; demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness
  • Proven negotiation, problem-solving, organization, and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing activities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of the data analytics industry is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • Experience with project management tools, such as ClickUp is a plus
  • Fluency in German is highly preferred
