Tom Warren

As a former professional rugby player, Tom Warren is fiercely competitive and takes pride in driving a winning team in the UK.

Tom has been in SaaS leadership roles for ServiceNow, BluePrism, Cloudera, and most recently Splunk. He utilises a strong work ethic, passion, discipline, and leadership skills taken from the playing field to coach and develop his teams to achieve their business and personal goals.

He lives in the Cotswolds with his wife Becky and two beautiful daughters, Amélie and Evangeline. When not training hard in the gym, he can be found getting muddy off-road in his modified Jeep Wrangler or relaxing at home with the family grilling and enjoying a nice whiskey.
