Partner Marketing Manager

Position Summary:

Pyramid Analytics is looking for a dynamic, data-driven Partner Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing go-to-market team. This role will be responsible for owning and driving North American channel partner marketing campaigns, programs, and engagement from strategy through implementation to results for our growing partner ecosystem.

As Pyramid’s Partner Marketing Manager, you’re passionate about marketing, and no task is beneath you. You are detail-oriented, dedicated to delivering unique programs, and a team player excited to be part of a dynamic and ambitious revenue marketing team. You are collaborative and have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • The primary focus of this position will be designing, developing, implementing, and managing joint demand generation activities and events with Pyramid’s partner ecosystem that aligns with company and marketing objectives to build pipeline and accelerate revenue.
  • Work cross-functionally with the partner and alliances teams, product marketing, and across the marketing organization.
  • Receive and respond to marketing-related requests from partners, guide them on the available marketing resources and coach them on best practices.
  • Maintain pre/post event and campaign documents – budgets, calendars, checklists, etc.
  • Build supporting processes for lead capture that result from co-branded partner marketing programs you develop.
  • Support major Pyramid events by ensuring our partner community participates and provides complimentary content.
  • Conduct event and campaign ROI analysis and reporting, and continually measure and analyze partner effectiveness and outcomes against goal attainment.
  • Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience working with technology partners to develop and build joint marketing programs at scale.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity through new campaign ideation and messaging.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Proven success working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Acute attention to detail; demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness
  • Hands-on execution ability with proven negotiation, problem-solving, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to travel as needed

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Experience with event marketing software, such as Splash
  • Experience with ABM platforms, such as 6Sense
  • Knowledge of project management software such as ClickUp
