Marketing Campaign Manager

Are you a campaign rock star with a passion for creativity?

Pyramid Analytics is looking for a data-driven and results-oriented campaign manager to join our fast-growing go-to-market team in the United States. This role will be responsible for maximizing the return on our marketing investments by planning, executing, and continually optimizing creative prospect-facing marketing campaigns.

This position requires flexibility, organization, strong time management skills, attention to detail, commitment to meeting crucial deadlines, as well as the ability to produce solid results.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand in support of inbound pipeline targets.
  • Work cross-functionally across the marketing organization, as well as sales and other teams, to design and orchestrate impactful, targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate across the marketing team to identify go-to-market synergies that result in improved pipeline and achievement of revenue goals.
  • Manage development and execution of associated campaign tactics, including marketing emails, webinars, email nurtures, and audience segmentation.
  • Use marketing automation and email nurturing to engage and convert prospects and customers across the buyer journey.
  • Align with BDRs on campaign performance, gain anecdotal feedback, and generate ideas for campaign optimizations.
  • Track and communicate results and success metrics through reporting and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience running successful marketing campaigns at an enterprise software or B2B SaaS company.
  • Excellent project management skills: you are a master at scheduling tasks, estimating work, flagging potential blockers early, and getting internal buy-in.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details.
  • An Agile mindset: versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Creativity, digital marketing, account-based marketing, and demand generation acumen
  • Experience with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM and marketing automation solution is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable presenting programs and results to a group.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, and campaign analysis (attribution reporting is a plus.)
  • Exhibit willingness and flexibility to work both independently as well as part of a team
  • Bonus points if you have experience in building velocity campaigns.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
